As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Strong working knowledge of sales processes.
Provide expert guidance on product modeling and CPQ best practices
Develop and maintain technical product solutions within the CPQ environment
Assess current business processes, pain points, and future requirements.
Articulate how Salesforce and CPQ can address gaps and optimize processes.
Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Conduct thorough analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
Provide expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business needs.
Stay updated on Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.
Work on designing effective solutions that align with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
Work with Delivery Lead/Project Manager to maintain and coordinate communication with the customer/client throughout each project.
Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and solutions when appropriate.
Provide training to end-users on Salesforce features and enhancements.
Offer ongoing support to address user queries and issues.
Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials.
Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly and leading the engagement.
Knowledge on JIRA / Azure Devops / Service now.
Ensure Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards and security protocols.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration.
Good Team player. Take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.
