Greet and welcome passengers on board, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.
Assist with boarding procedures, including seat assignments, luggage handling, and passenger assistance.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to passenger requests and addressing any issues that arise.
Collaborate with the cabin crew team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the cabin area.
Assist with inflight services, including meal service, entertainment options, and special requests.
Participate in pre-flight briefings and emergency response drills.
Job Requirements :
Strong knowledge of aviation, operations, guest relations, front desk, administration, front office, office coordination, MOM, guest handling, hotel operations, and cabin crew activities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Flexibility to work irregular schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time away from home base.
