Job Description
You play a key role in growing our eCommerce clients’ business on Amazon and Flipkart. You lead the development and execution of their growth plans and optimization recommendations. You should have a thorough knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart marketing. You should also thrive in ambiguous situations, with clear communication skills. You should be a person with an organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up sleeves as and when needed. Roles & responsibility:
Lead Amazon and Flipkart Marketing Ads.
Create & Implement ad strategies to increase eCommerce revenue.
Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Amazon/Flipkart.
Maintain and monitor key metrics for 4-6 accounts.
Optimize campaign performance to get better scale while maintaining ACoS.
In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns.
Work cross-functionally with R&D teams to understand new products and launch them on Amazon.
Direct, handle and be able to generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other key metrics.
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.
Be on top of the latest happenings and algorithm changes for the platform and implement the most cutting edge strategies for best-in-class results.
Requirements
Experienced with Amazon Marketing including organic and paid marketing growth.
An insatiable desire to win! A clear-minded approach to continuously and rapidly improve your skills so that you are amongst the best in ads management.
Extreme interest in business results and their linkage to marketing tactics. You should be extremely interested in rapidly growing businesses via Digital advertising.
Experience in interpreting data and making business recommendations.
Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel).
Passion for online advertising and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts on Amazon.
