Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the identification and resolution of complex issues within multiple components of critical business systems using Scrum methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies. - Experience in providing technical support to end-users and stakeholders. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
