Associate - Bulk Sales will be responsible for the management of the Bulk products portfolio to maximize strategic and financial targets in line with the strategy of the Gases business in their respective region.

Making an impact. What will you do?
In this role you will coach and develop team members reporting directly and you will be directly accountable for delivering sales targets in the assigned territory
Further you will manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory and work closely with Business Unit Head to ensure BU targets are met
In addition, you with manage the key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth and you will coordinate with plant/distribution/support teams to ensure timely supplies to customers
Moreover, you will ensure timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory and will be addressing customer complaints promptly and ensure timely redressal
Furthermore, you will generate new large/strategic leads and work to convert the leads to business wins
Collecting and reporting market intelligence information related to competitor actions in marketplace is a part of your responsibility

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have a bachelor’s degree required in Sales, Marketing / Finance / technical discipline or MBA with specialization in Marketing
Further you have eight to ten (8-10) years of industrial experience in field sales and/or sales management required in gas industry, chemical or other manufacturing industry.
