POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility is to process Invoices via LoanSphere Invoice Managementâ„¢ & ensure daily Productivity/Quality targets are met.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibility is to process Invoices via LoanSphere Invoice Managementâ„¢ & ensure daily Productivity/Quality targets are met.
  • Ensure complex & escalated invoicing issues are properly resolved.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Knowledge about MS Excel & MS PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
  • Individual should have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in Default related process is preferred.
