Job Description

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :
    • Hands-on experience of working for multi-national clients on business set-up including not limited to company registration and other regulatory approvals & compliances
    • Advising clients engaged in India entry-related law.
    • Handling client queries and documentation.
    • Ensuring compliance with systems/processes and documentation of the same.
    • Handling research related matters.
Skills :
  • Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs.
    • Good understanding of Corporate and labour law.
    • Good interpretation skills
    • Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Good verbal and written communication
    • Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments
    • Organized and able to meet deadlines.
