Associate Project Manager

Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the strategy for maintaining compliance within the B2B SaaS product team

  • Define and work on product roadmaps & requirements to drive them
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on security compliance, provide guidance to the product and engineering teams
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress of compliance initiatives.
  • Create and maintain processes for all teams
  • Collaborate with the engineering and cross-functional teams to identify, document, and implement required security controls and processes
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and readily available for audit purposes

  • Educate and train internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proficient in technical troubleshooting with cloud,API and integrations.
  • Familiarity with the basics of Cloud infrastructure providers & Change management solutions
  • Bachelors/Engineering Degree preferred
  • Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to work with key metrics and data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication

  • Desire to work in a high ownership environment. Thrives in ambiguity and a fast changing environment.
