Job Description

  • Defining industry and role specific Quality Audit parameters for – Voice/Non-Voice/Field Teams.
  • Gathering feedback from the audit findings and share it with relevant stakeholders, in a structured manner focused for product and process improvement
  • Run through all communications/templates used for customer interaction, periodically, and suggest changes/improvements.
  • Should be able to define Quality parameters for all verticals of– Service, Sales and Field teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and create SOPs leaving no space for errors.
  • Really proficient of working on MS Power Point and Word.

Requirements

  • Atlease 2 years of relevant Experience in Quality
  • Understand the Quality tools and able to use them
  • Graduate
