Job Description:
The BIM Modeler will work closely with our teams to utilize BIM modelling to create drawings that are of the highest level of detail and accuracy.
  • The primary responsibility of a BIM modeler is to create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models using BIM software of building projects. BIM models must accurately represent the design intent and meet project specifications.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team.
  • Ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements.
  • Using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.
Candidate Specification:
  • Diploma / ITI with relevant experience in the Industrial projects working with consultancy firm / engineering consultancy. Industrial experience is preferred.
  • BIM Modelers require strong communication and teamwork skills as they collaborate closely with project stakeholders.
  • Continuous learning and professional development may be necessary to keep up with advances in BIM technology and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency with Revit software.
