Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and improve business performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of developed solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Graduate degree is required.
