Future of work: Mandate 2

Under mandate 2, Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up.

**In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to the office during which employees are expected to oblige.
Context:

Swiggy Dineout is in its early stages of growing and winning the dining out category, and Swiggy Dineout is nascent but intends to disrupt and grow the market. The Swiggy Dineout category is growing steadily, with the number of unlocks being aplenty to propel us forward.

The role of Business Associate will be to own User Journeys and Discounts for the Dineout Category. This will involve identifying organic use cases which Dineout can own and acquire users from within Swiggy. The person will also be responsible for managing the Discount charter for the category to bring efficiencies. working with different teams on moving these to produce uplift the category.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define and manage User journeys with end-to-end ownership, provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation
  • Identify organic use cases for different cohorts of users and make coherent journeys involving on/off app user touchpoints
  • Identify existing white spaces in user's journey on Swiggy and where we can pitch Dineout to users with non monetary benefits to increase user acquisition
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ideate, iterate and run experiments to improve the performance of journeys through product and non-product levers
  • Establish KPIs for all journeys and regularly monitor performance, analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustment to strategies as needed
  • Lead the Discounting strategy and the DPO for central campaigns
  • Manage RU CvR for current growth campaigns (One TUs, 90D+ TUs, Users @ 1 and 2 Txns)
  • Manage CPiO for campaigns aimed at getting incremental NUs via cross pollination
  • Identify a combination of Rx-TU set which would give max incrementality for tactical discount campaigns
  • Ideate, build and implement various experiments to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of discounts

Desired Skills :

  • High performer with 2-4 years of experience with strong problem solving, stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into objective tasks that can be broken down into steps and then be actioned individually.
  • A high bias for action in driving projects from ideation to execution. Ability to work with ambiguity and having a growth mindset.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with sql is a must.
