Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers globally, primarily USA, focusing on promoting and selling our corporate services for setting up USA companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign founders by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
