Job brief
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships for our business partners. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them with the team. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.
Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with key existing client along with new clients onboarded.
2. Create plans to address clients’ business needs
3. Advise clients on creating profitable processes
4. Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
5. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
6. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
7. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
8. Study competition to find new ways to retain clients.
9. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, digital marketing, senior management) to address client needs.
Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
2. Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. client satisfaction)
3. Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
4. A client satisfaction-oriented attitude.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Problem-solving aptitude.
7. Ability to work well with a team.
8. Willingness to travel for client meetings.
9. BSc/BA in Business Administration, or a related field
