Our company is looking for talented junior attorneys (Compliance Researcher) to join our dynamic legal team. You will perform a range of duties including maintaining legal and regulatory compliance registers by researching and communicating. Role of Compliance Researcher A compliance researcher is responsible for coordinating and managing every phase of statutory compliance management from researching to preparing compliance registers to conducting audits. Ideal compliance researchers should enjoy researching and drafting compliance notes and demonstrating excellent attention to detail abilities. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of general regulations and legal terminology. Responsibilities for Compliance Researcher
Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and various other sources of information.
Compiles information by coordinating with various stakeholders and departments
Create Compliance obligation on both entity level laws and business level laws
Keeps other departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information; writing and communicating guidelines.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications for Compliance Researcher
1-3 years of experience in Compliance Checklist creation and regulatory compliance.
Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in law.
Prior global compliance experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding research and interpretation skills.
Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.
Willingness to work virtually or in an office setting
Clear adherence to company policies and procurement rules and regulations.
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards.
