Roles & Responsibilities:

• Content Development:
• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for various digital platforms including blogs, social media, and websites.
• Assist in the development of multimedia content (e.g., videos, infographics, images).
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and schedule social media posts across different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement and feedback on social media.
• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Analyse content performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
• SEO Optimization:
• Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
• Use keywords effectively to increase organic search visibility.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns.
• Copywriting:
• Write compelling and clear copy for various marketing materials including emails, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Project Management:
• Assist in managing content calendars and timelines to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers if necessary.
• Learning and Development:
• Stay updated on the latest content creation tools, trends, and technologies.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance content creation skills.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Literature or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
