Job Definition:

The Contracts Agent owns the end-to-end Contract Solutions for Channel and/or customer business. They coordinate contract documentation setup, updates, terminations, performance review and system setup. They are responsible for below processes and activities:

  • Partner/customer onboarding, contracts signing, modifications, partner/ customer mergers and acquisitions, terminations of agreements
  • Exhibit to contract mapping, exhibit knowledge and maintenance
  • Step-by-step guidance for account managers on contracts solutions
  • Driving implementation of new processes/ tools at the assigned scope level
  • Contractual data research and report creation as per business requirements; finding automation opportunities
  • Contractual template and letter creation and dispatching; documentation maintenance and alignment with business requirements
  • Working with HPE specific tools for partner and customer data reporting
  • Executing new processes or projects implementation as indicated by project manager

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with designing and implementing portions of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support for a customer segment or business unit
  • Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
  • learns and practices basic analysis
  • Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance and efficiency
  • Develops understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for process and tool expectations and needs

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 0-2 years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
  • Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of business and sales operations processes and practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language.
