Job Description

1. Sales Support:

  • Provide support to the sales team by managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Act as a point of contact for the sales team, handling inquiries and requests.

2. Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with sales managers and team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and processes.

3. Customer Interaction:

  • Interact with customers to gather information, address inquiries, and provide assistance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Training and Onboarding:

  • Train and onboard new members of the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the skills of the sales team.

7. Problem Solving:

  • Identify challenges and proactively work towards finding effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

8. Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments.
  • Communicate important information to team members and ensure a smooth flow of communication within the sales department.

9. Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment within the sales team.

10. Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement within the sales department and contribute to the development of more efficient procedures.

11. Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the sales team's goals.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and achievements.


12. Project Management:

  • Manage special projects or initiatives related to sales and marketing efforts.
