Ruhe, India’s biggest digital brand in Kitchen& Bath fittings space, is looking for a new member in Customer Relationship Management Team

Job Title: CRM associate/ executive

Location : NSP, Delhi.

TYPE : ON SITE

***Only candidates from Delhi are eligible with minimum 1 year of experience**

Overview:

You will be responsible to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to drive engagement and retention. You will serve as a key liaison between the organization and its clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise, ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services to enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and nurture relationships with assigned clients through regular communication, meetings, and interactions.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, and ensure timely and effective resolution.

3. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions and support.

4. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to address client needs and deliver value-added services. .

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and preferences.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset.

7. Prior experience in the industry or knowledge of relevant products or services is a plus
