Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide functional, technical, or administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your typical day will involve addressing customer concerns, providing solutions to their problems, and offering guidance and assistance throughout the process. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and contribute to the overall improvement of customer service operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Assist customers in resolving their queries and issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to customers. - Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge. - Assist in training new customer service representatives. - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple macOS Management. - Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle difficult and irate customers with professionalism. - Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Apple macOS Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
