About the Role: This is a three (3) months internship. Organize and bring structure to the CRM data: Analyze and categorize data in the CRM system to ensure that it is organized and structured in a way that makes sense for the company’s needs Work on the removal of redundant and duplicate data from the CRM: Identify and remove duplicate and redundant data from the CRM system to improve the overall data quality (this will involve running reports, comparing data across different systems, and working with other team members to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date) Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities: Review data entered into the CRM system to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies Conduct secondary research to gather additional information about leads such as company details, contact details, etc. About You: You are proactive and can work independently with minimal supervision.
