About this opportunity:
Ericsson is looking for a dedicated, innovative, and proactive Data Scientist to join our team. This role gives you the chance to leverage your machine learning expertise to directly influence business outcomes. You will be responsible for developing innovative scientific methods, processes, and systems. This position will report to Head of People Analytics. This role will be a key stakeholder in the team and work closely with other HR Business Partners, business stakeholders and other Subject Matter Experts. Have an opportunity to work with several members the Executive Team and respective global units and deliver impact across multiple parts of Ericsson.
What you will do:
Analyze, coordinate, prioritize, and optimize business requirements, and map them to achievable implementations.
Develop predictive models, recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, and other forms of statistical modelling and machine learning systems.
Proactively utilize machine learning concepts in conjunction with programming languages such as Python, Pyspark, and SQL to align with the latest market trends.
Proactively support our People Business Partners providing insights and reports to address business challenges through proactive reporting and developing insightful analytics.
Analyze business performance and build a model for how to create an effective workforce planning process and methodology, closely connected to business strategy and priorities as well as the financial plans. In this role you will collaborate with leaders, business operations teams, people business partners and business controllers across all functional units to find an effective and broad approach to people planning.
Work with all areas of the People function (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Total Rewards) and help them bring together information to support their deliveries.
