Description
As Data Validator, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively validating submissions of
supplier questionnaires and documentation. You will identify data issues and flag up inaccuracies for
resolution, to ensure the data held on Achilles platforms is of high quality. The work involves
accuracy and close attention to detail, requiring good technical, and organisational skills. It will be
important to demonstrate sound time management and planning while remaining flexible in
approach.
Key Responsibilities
RESULTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
DATA QUALITY
  • Review information submitted within Supplier questionnaires
  • Contact Suppliersto resolve data entry errors orinconsistencies
  • Highlight any missing orincomplete information and notify the Supplier Telephone Account
Management Team where further action isrequired
  • Ensure all data is in accordance to scheme standards andprotocols
  • Carrying out other tasks to progress customer data from application to full
registration on the database
  • Use internal systems to identify any application problems or issues and escalate to the
appropriate person or team
  • Monitor Supplier renewals and documents approaching expiry, and inform the
Supplier Telephone Account Manager, who will follow up with the Customer
  • Update and maintain customer details and account records using in-house
applications
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date contact log of all customer communication using
CRM
  • Review requests for non-standard data
