Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end-users in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
  • Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop issues related to operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Incident Management:
  • Record, track, and resolve technical issues using a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • User Support:
  • Assist users with software installations, updates, and configurations.
  • Provide training and guidance on best practices for using software and hardware.
  • Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, antivirus scans, and backups.
  • Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹9,303.26 - ₹26,928.14 per month
