Job Description

Responsibilities:
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking!
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
Conduct remote troubleshooting. Creating the new image and install in system. Install BitLocker and creation sop’s.
Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
Using AD Tool. outlook installation. Ipswich application installation
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
Asset management, asset inventory, asset tagging, vender condition, maintain asset sheet master file
Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
Work Experience: 2-4 years
