About this opportunity:
We are in search of a dynamic Change Manager to join our ranks. The core purpose of this role is to oversee the implementation of changes within our customer infrastructure. This involves ensuring that any necessary modifications are methodologically carried out, adhering to standard procedures, therefore minimizing or eliminating any impact on our customer�s services.
What you will do:
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for the Customer, chairing CAB calls and ensuring Change Management process compliance.
• Receive and record Change Requests in the designated Management tool.
• Evaluate and prioritize Change Requests, taking into account potential clashes.
• Guarantee comprehensive and documented risk and impact assessments.
• Oversee the inclusion of mandatory information in the tools (e.g. pre/post checks evidences, CAB approval).
• Determine which CAB members are suitable depending on the proposed changes.
• Manage the Change Schedule adhering to CAB definitions.
• Communicate change schedules with the customer and all other related parties, including 3PPs.
• Incorporate roll-back procedures in the Change Requests.
• Drive Continuous Service and Process Improvement over the Change Management process.
