Position Title: eCommerce Manager

Role Overview: As our eCommerce Manager, you will lead our online sales initiatives, managing and optimizing our presence on platforms such as Amazon.com, eBay, Etsy, and more. Your expertise in navigating these platforms, including handling suspended accounts and maximizing performance, will be crucial in driving our eCommerce strategy forward.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.
• Manage day-to-day operations of our eCommerce channels, ensuring listings are optimized, inventory is maintained, and orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Utilize your experience with platforms like Amazon.com, eBay, Etsy, and others to drive sales through effective product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics to proactively address issues, including handling suspended accounts and resolving marketplace disputes.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and enhance conversion rates.
• Conduct regular analysis of sales data and eCommerce metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about eCommerce trends, marketplace policies, and best practices to maintain compliance and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• X years of proven experience in eCommerce management, specifically with Amazon.com, eBay, Etsy, and other major platforms.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing eCommerce operations, including resolving issues with suspended accounts.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to make informed decisions and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
