Program Background
Our Early Talent Program helps develop freshers into future leaders of Johnson Controls. This is an intensive, exciting program that allows you to fast track your growth and learning, while having fun at work.
As an Early Talent in Finance Rotational Program, you will rotate to new roles after a certain period of time, to gain an overall understanding of accounting and financial responsibilities within Johnson Controls. This will also help you get the right exposure to the various business models within the company.
Early Talents are challenged to take on additional work outside of their day-to-day responsibilities to gain further knowledge and increase their network within the company. Additional training, development and mentorship opportunities are consistently presented to Graduate / Post Graduate trainees, with the expectation that all opportunities will be well utilized.
