Location- Agra

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Work Allocation and Task Management

  • Efficiently allocate tasks to team members, vendors, and external contributors (Authors, SMEs, Proofreaders, DTP Vendors) based on their expertise.
  • Ensure all work orders are clearly communicated and documented for each task.
  • Follow up regularly to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Quality Control and Review

  • Implement and maintain a checklist system for each stage of the editorial process to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Review and verify work at each stage, ensuring that corrections and comparisons are accurate and completed as per standards.

3. Documentation and File Management

  • Organize and manage all documents and files across all stages of the process, ensuring they are properly stored and easily accessible on Google Drive.
  • Ensure that all work orders, checklists, and documentation are up-to-date and maintained systematically.

4. Vendor and Contributor Coordination

  • Maintain effective communication with external vendors, SMEs, and authors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate billing and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to all contributors.
