Job Overview:

We are looking to hire Talent Acquisition executives to manage our full cycle recruitment from identifying and managing the hiring of our frontline staff and management staff. One will need to be able to source, screen, manage interviews and offers and ensure hiring qualified employees to meet our organizations current and future needs.

This role will be reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition and will work closely with stakeholders

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Linkedin)
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Assign and Proctor numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Qualification & Experience

  • End to end technical recruitment experience.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced excel and presentation making skills
  • Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
