Job Description

Objectives of the Position

  • To collect Color information from Auto-MFR and develop color formulation as per Glosar guidelines.
  • Maintain and Manage Global Color data with all local color related information and developed formulae.
  • Implementation of Safety, Health and environmental policy and objectives in the routine activities of the Color Lab.

Main Tasks

  • To Formulate Color formulations as per marketing requirement adhering to GLOSAR procedures.
  • Develop formulations in synchronized paint line and modify existing formulations for reproducibility at customer end.
  • Update Global color software.
  • Inventory Management - Support in maintaining inventory of ECR lab materials.
  • Customer Visits – Attend customer queries and perform FC activities.
  • Implement Standard Operating ISO/TS procedures in Lab.
  • Implementation of Safety, Health and environmental policy and objectives in the routine activities of the Color laboratory.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

  • Education: Science Graduate (Chemistry stream)
  • Working Experience (min required exp.): 2 years
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: IT soft skill.
