- Supporting HRBP to deploy the HR strategy & transformational people agenda for the business. Support to design and implement forward-thinking HR solutions and programs to help businesses attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.
- Work along with HRBP to establish people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagement.
- Conduct dipstick surveys along with HRBP to understand the pulse of the business unit and construct action plans to address concerns.
- Counsel managers and staff on development opportunities, career mobility and advancement, as well as organizational development, training, compensation, and programs to support corporate initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the L&D team for construction of appropriate modules.
- Ensure timely redressal of employees’ grievances and compliances with all applicable laws.
- Support HRBP to Carry out routine management of employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling.
- Ensure the compliance of DP World’s health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Any other responsibility/ task; not limited to the above-mentioned tasks, that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.
Recruitment:
- Supporting the BU on the timely recruitment -follow up with TA team and closure of positions within the stipulated time.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCES
- Support HRBP in follow up the registration and renewal of various statutory licenses from depts. like Factories / Pollution Control Board consents / Panchayat license, Contract Labour registration / license etc. and their periodical renewal, wherever applicable as per compliance requirements.
- Complying with the requirements of various Laws including periodic maintenance of registers and records, timely submission of statutory returns, display of notices under various statutes,
- Ensure vendor compliance as per governance regarding contributions and submission of all statutory returns with respect to these laws.

- Support HRBP in Contract Labour Management in terms of Health & Safety
