Conduct quality control tests and inspections on raw materials, concrete mixes, and finished products in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Collect samples of concrete materials and products for laboratory analysis and testing.
Monitor concrete production processes and parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to concrete production and quality control.
Document test results, observations, and findings accurately and maintain detailed records for quality assurance purposes.
Communicate test results and findings to production and quality control teams in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in a similar role within the concrete industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of concrete materials, mix designs, and production processes.
Knowledge of quality control testing methods and procedures.
Ability to operate testing equipment and tools effectively and safely.
Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and recording data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
