Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and the ability to work independently. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in suitable positions. This role requires a minimum commitment of 3 hours per day and offers a performance-based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Placement: Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities and facilitate the placement process.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
Compensation:
Standard Commission: Earn 30% of the bill raised after the release of payment for each successful placement.
Performance Bonus: For more than three closures,(in one month) each additional closure will earn you 50% of the bill raised.
Efforts Counted: Your efforts and time spent on the recruitment process are valued and considered in our performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹9,754.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
