Freelancing for a prominent real estate firm in Visakhapatnam, you will spearhead all marketing efforts aimed at enhancing the company's brand presence, driving sales, and fostering client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, industry partners, media outlets, and relevant local authorities to support business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; preferred.
• Freshers can also apply training provided
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, with proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in local languages preferred.
• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
