Job Description
Estimation of repair cost of vessel & Preparation of competitive quotations and submitting offers to the Owners
Prepare Final Invoices after completion of repair of vessel
Preparing Growth of Work quotes
Researching materials, equipment & labour costs.
Gathering quotes from sub-contractors & suppliers
Assessing the level of risk on a project
To work closely with the project manager running the projects commercially capturing all the work/cost in the Daily/ final spread sheet.
To liaise with the sub-contracting department / Purchase dept. for controlling the project / ship repair cost.
Regularly interact with the Project manager and Owner rep. to capture the works.
Carrying out settlement of the final invoices by mutual discussion with the owner.
Mutually working with marketing team for achieve new projects.
