An ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Banking industry and will leverage that expertise to help clients discover and design world-class business and technology solutions. They will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies for Banking clients. Today our (Analysts/Consultants/Managers) lead the end-to-end problem solving, solutioning and implementation of large-scale projects. As a part of Accentures Banking practice, you will be at the core of our Banking clients engagements delivering tangible value.

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of one or more sub-sectors of the Banking Industry (Payments, Lending, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Cloud Transformation, Core Banking, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Data & AI), and good business understanding of the Banking value chain
• Good to have skills :
  • Strategy consulting experience in Strategic Cost Reduction, Complexity Reduction, Payment Innovation, Risk Management, Digitization, Data and AI, Go to Market Strategy, Market Entry Strategy, Operating Model Strategy, Process Consulting, Digital business, M&A

Your experience counts!

• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• Prior experience in consulting Banking clients OR prior experience in the Banking industry in a strategy/business transformation role
• Post MBA 4+ years experience in one or more of the following in Banking: Digital Transformation, Lending Services, Payments, Banking Operations & Operational Excellence, Cloud Transformation, Core Banking Transformation, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Target Operating Models Change, Post Merger Integration, Value Realization
