Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit top talent for various openings and vacancies across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with senior management.

On-boarding & Off-boarding:

  • Facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, including orientation and integration into the company culture.
  • Manage the off-boarding process, ensuring all procedures are followed and exit interviews are conducted.

HR Process Optimization:

  • Help streamline and optimize existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

HR Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aimed at optimizing resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

Training & Development:

  • Conduct relevant training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to address them.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Grievance Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Mediate conflicts and provide support to employees and management in resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of grievances and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training, and HR strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
