Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to join our growing team and take charge of the operational & post-production of DocTube. As the Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the platform, optimizing processes, uploading of contents and driving efficiency to enhance the overall user experience. Responsibilities:
Updates on Dashboard or Homepage of DocTube: Regularly review and update the Dashboard or Homepage of DocTube with the content provided by the content team.
Front-end QC (Quality Control): Conduct thorough quality control checks on the front-end interface of DocTube, ensuring seamless functionality, proper display of content, and optimal user experience.
Upload video contents on platform: Manage the timely and accurate uploading of video content onto the platform, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and metadata enrichment for easy accessibility and searchability.
Push Messages: Regular Scheduling of push messages or notifications to users, as provided by the content team.
Upload Quality checked and passed videos to Wasabi: Manage the transfer of quality-checked and approved videos to Wasabi storage for safekeeping and accessibility, ensuring compliance with storage protocols.
Channel creations for new doctors: Facilitate the creation and setup of new channels for doctors joining the platform, ensuring proper branding, categorization to reflect their expertise and content offerings.
