Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. CCNA certification is required.
Skills and Competencies:
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
Learn and apply new skills in cloud and on-premise technologies
Familiarity with Cisco networking equipment and software.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
