Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful intern for an online service platform. The 4 month internship has the opportunity for the candidate to get employed subject to business need and performance. This is a generalist role and we are looking for doers with a clear bias for action and willingness to learn. Willingness to be on the field is desirable as the role involves working directly with customers and service providers, understanding their needs, track field implementation status etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction

    • Meet with solution seekers to understand their needs, check their implementation status and identify bottlenecks, if any.
    • Meet with solution providers to understand their solution, implementation status etc
  • Documentation: Provide ongoing documentation support across various aspects of the project.
  • Market Research: Identify new solutions, pilot test , gather and report on customer feedback and market trends to help refine services and offering
  • Monitoring and Evaluation - Obtain data from the ground on solution implementation and bottlenecks, if any
  • Training & Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring they are comfortable using our platform.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.

  • Good understanding of the online solutions market
  • Proficiency in using online platforms and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability, customer-centric approach and result orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
