Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful intern for an online service platform. The 4 month internship has the opportunity for the candidate to get employed subject to business need and performance. This is a generalist role and we are looking for doers with a clear bias for action and willingness to learn. Willingness to be on the field is desirable as the role involves working directly with customers and service providers, understanding their needs, track field implementation status etc.
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction
Training & Onboarding: Assist new clients with the onboarding process, ensuring they are comfortable using our platform.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
