About The/Nudge: The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:
Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty
Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Operations
Support in strategy and operations projects (corporate/business strategy, go-to-market, capability building, business planning, due diligence, operational problem solving, etc.
Work closely with the leadership team to shape the future direction of the organization
Develop a deeper understanding of the development sector especially in the livelihoods domain to inform the strategic direction
Work independently with little direction as well as collaborate with others
Program Management
Periodically review progress against stated outcomes, launch, and lead initiatives to resolve challenges of strategic clarity, collaborations, resource needs, alignment, and others that emerge to steer the programs toward the achievement of common outcomes
Prepare teams for high-quality internal program reviews by senior leadership against quarterly goals
Review and build robustness of internal monitoring and project management frameworks by developing and maintaining project management frameworks, trackers, review cadences
Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives
Analyze, develop, and drive strategic initiatives to improve the functions’ strategy, design, and implementation
This role is expected to work on special projects that are cross-functional and are across Horizon 1,2 and 3
