Job Responsibilities:
  • To lead and motivate a team of Inventory Team Leaders and Assistants in their daily tasks and assignments.
  • To ensure the best practices are carried out in loading and receiving.
  • To ensure physical stock tally to stock card figure and inform Inventor Controller of any discrepancies
  • Verified physical stocks from production and freezer mapping on daily basis.
  • Oversees daily stocks issues and transfers of all products.
  • To daily checks picked items for their party sales and monthly staff purchases.
  • Oversees and assigned tasks to Inventory Assistant and verified their working hours or shifts.
  • Trained Inventory Assistant on job safety and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and assess new Inventory Assistant’s performances.
  • Ensure cleanliness and up keeping of freezer, chiller, docks and pallet storage compound and work area.
  • Supervise of export containers loading.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Certificate in Logistic Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 working years of experience, relevant working experience in food industry will be an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Inventory Planning Management, Logistics Management and Warehouse Control Management, ERP and Good Warehouse Practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office & MS Excel.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts.
  • Must be willing to work in cold environment.
  • Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Independent and able to interact with all level of staff.
