Job Description:

Role Description
 The role requires creating contracts and booklets.
 Customizing the documents using the approved special language and legal provisions to produce them for policyholder.
 He / She will also be responsible for communicating with various other departments for follow up or escalations as per business requirements.
 Strong analytical and written communication skills will be elementary for the role.Skills and Experience Strong analytical and problem solving skills
 Good Keyboard Skills
 Strong team player
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Strong commitment to customer service and quality
 Strong research and follow-up skills
 Proven ability to successfully cope in a fast-paced, demanding environment and stretch at short notice when business needs.
