The role focuses on generating Trim and Chassis assembly illustrations for global and specific automotive programs, aiding in TPV, DCV, and TT build events. Key responsibilities include collaborating with program teams to collect necessary specifications for illustration creation and independently leading program kick-offs with comprehensive inputs. Utilizing FEDE/GPIRS/Falcon BOMs, the candidate will develop the IL-Index (Illustration BOM), offer support in resolving any on-hold illustration issues, and guide team members on proper methods and processes.

The position requires careful planning and prioritization of deliverables to meet critical program dates. Active involvement in various meetings is crucial, such as PST/PAT for illustration approvals, leading blitz activities for assembly illustrations, and participating in program kick-offs and status reviews. Additionally, the role entails liaising with regional teams, communicating illustration delivery statuses to stakeholders, resolving discrepancies like missing CAD data or torque mismatches, and supporting change control activities to ensure project accuracy and compliance.

Skilled in understanding vehicle architecture and associated environmental components.
Adept at identifying and sequencing the attachment and surrounding parts for vehicle assemblies.
Equipped to lead complex projects with effective decision-making capabilities.
Requires at least 5 years of experience, with proficiency in Teamcenter and Adobe Illustrator.
Experienced in creating illustrations for physical build events.
Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Capable of juggling multiple projects or tasks at the same time.
Highly dedicated and self-driven, with a strong initiation capacity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers globally.

Independently initiate and lead program kick-offs, leveraging comprehensive inputs and attributes.
Utilize FEDE/GPIRS/Falcon BOMs to generate the IL-Index (illustration BOM), ensuring all components are accurately represented.
Assist Project Management Teams (PMTs) in resolving any illustration-related issues that are on hold, facilitating a smooth project flow.
Provide guidance and clarification to team members on the adopted methods and processes, ensuring consistency and quality in illustration creation.
Plan and prioritize illustration deliverables in accordance with critical program target dates, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
Actively participate in program and region-specific meetings, including PST/PAT meetings for illustration sign-offs, leading illustration blitz activities, and attending program kick-off and status review meetings.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the status of illustration deliveries, addressing and clarifying any issues such as CAD discrepancies, torque mismatches, or CPSC concerns.
Support product change notice (PCN) and change control activities to ensure all illustrations remain accurate and up to date with the latest specifications and requirements.
