REPORTING MANAGER

Director/Manager Engineering

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking highly talented and motivated fresh graduate or masters engineers to join our team to work on developing Cutting-Edge Electrical & Electronics systems for Diesel-Electric, Hybrid and Battery locomotives.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Cutting-Edge electrical and electronics development: Collaborate with seasoned engineers to contribute to the creation of state-of-the-art hardware and systems. Our focus areas include but not limited to design and development of electrical and electronics systems for Diesel-Electric, Hybrid, and Battery locomotives.
  • Work on Futuristic R&D Projects: Dive into exciting research and development initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the forefront.
  • Get familiarized with industry-standard and software tools used in the organization.
  • Learn and adapt organizational values in action, processes, and products.

QUALIFICATION:

Fresh Bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Power Electronics. Must have scored minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA mark.

SKILLS

A. Technical Proficiency:

  • A strong foundation in theoretical knowledge related to his/her field of engineering. Practical skills for applying theoretical concepts in real-world scenarios.

B. Advanced Software Skills:

  • Depending on his/her field, this might include software for design/simulation (like MATLAB or ANSYS), or programming languages (such as Python, C).

C. Analytical Skills:

  • Candidate must have strong analytical abilities help you break down problems, identify patterns, and find effective solutions.

D. Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to analyze situations, think critically, and devise innovative solutions.

E. Communication Skills:

  • Ability to explain technical concepts with ease and clarity. Good writing and presentation skills are valuable.

F. Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team, listen to others, and contribute constructively.

G. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:

  • Stay curious, keep learning, and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
