Job Role: Officer - Export and Import
Note: The job title may vary, depending upon the years of experience and internal parity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling import and export order booking & invoicing of equipment’s & spare parts. S/he will have daily interaction with Forwarder, CHA, divisional Marketing department, customer centres and assembly team. Will have to work in close co-operation with internal & external customers, as well as with the external service providers (third party logistics & transport companies) in a time critical environment.
Job description:
Timely Order booking
Co-ordination with Marketing Managers, Customer Centres,
Invoicing (Export & Domestics)
Preparation of custom documentation
Liaising with forwarders
Liaising Transporter for cargo / container movement
Co-ordination with PC assembly team for machine availability
Cargo / machine loading
E-invoicing / e-waybill
Liaising with CHA for export clearance
Checking & approving shipping Bill
Preparation of Bill of lading against shipment
Get approval from CC on 1st print BL to release final BL
Handling Post shipment documentation
Consignment tracking
Monitoring statutory compliance for Export Shipment.
Arrange GSP / COO
Booking small shipment with courier company on their web portal to arrange pick up
Inform all stake holder about the shipment & provide required documents
Support to IMS activities for outbound (preparation of SOP, procedures etc..)
Provide freight Provision
Provide CO2 data to IMS team

Mission:
The scope of this roles covers all aspect of outbound logistics with principle accountability of order booking and invoicing of inter-company & ident orders for PC Nashik. To ensure all legal compliance with custom, bank & other govt. organisations
Experience requirements:
The person should have 6 to 7 years of experience in outbound logistics / supply chain
Through experience & knowledge of all Export related Operational processes
S/he should have good exposure to ERP system (BPCS/ M3 / SAP)
Knowledge requirements:
Good understanding / knowledge of FTP and custom rules & regulations, RBI rules, insurance, ports & shipping process
Expert in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point etc.)
Knowledge of taxes and other legal rules
Hands on experience in using ERP systems e.g. BPCS/ M3 / SAP
Educational requirements:
Graduate in commerce/ Diploma /degree in Engineering with good communication skills and experience
Diploma in import & export will be added advantage
Personality requirements:
Dynamic person who will work as a very good team member
Highly customer oriented and pro-active.
Having analytical and methodical approach
Good communicator, self–motivated
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilit.
