Role Specifics - Day in the Life

  • Work on the tickets/queries received from the customer - You will need to go through the tickets received from the customers and identify the product/category customer purchased the product from. Basis that assign a category and Cashback to the customer
  • Reply on customer tickets - You will need to reply to the tickets of the customers using pre-defined templates and update the status of the tickets accordingly
  • Coordinate with Customer Support and other relevant teams - You would need to connect and coordinate with other relevant teams like Customer Support, Promotions & Offers etc to figure out solutions to certain queries raised by customers that are exceptions or don’t fall under regular process
  • Share findings and learnings with team leads and managers - After solving and addressing tickets raised by customers, share findings and analysis with team leads and managers for any further actionable
Must have skills :
  • Education : Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience : 0 to 1 year
  • Should have basic excel skills - The candidate must have some basic excel knowledge, he should know basic mathematical & text functions
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Should align with our Core Cultural Aspects like Hustle, Ownership, Hunger to learn and self improve and Show respect
Good to Have Skills :
  • Basic/Intermediate excel skills/knowledge
  • Good communication skills and passionate about doing something
