To improve overall operations, drive productivity at LCCI and build a future ready organization to serve the business, the LCCI leadership team is looking for Associate Director in Strategy & Transformation. The right candidate will drive productivity strategy, operational excellence, value articulation, define priorities & lead key productivity programs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing and assessing a business’s operations, identifying key areas for improvement, and creating and implementing recommendations for change.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develop and own site productivity roadmap and continually horizon scan to keep it up-to date. Network across affiliates, other relevant functions, and key internal leaders to understand opportunities and application.
  • Network with industry experts and external consultants to bring an “outside-in” perspective.
  • Work with LCCI Strategy & Transformation leader to help align above globally and work cross functionally to operationalize roadmap.
  • Identify, own and lead productivity initiatives/projects and be a source of ideas and liaise across areas of responsibility. For select large-scale and/or experimental projects, serve as trusted advisor by enabling the LCCI team to design and deliver on the scope via digital and communicate with stakeholders to present the final outputs and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Build / maintain / update KPIs and external benchmarks, gap analysis of future state vis-à-vis current state.
  • Development of frameworks, methodologies & tools that guide operational processes
  • Analyzing business processes / workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Provide coaching and oversight of core methodologies and approaches with appropriate data requirements to enable decision making.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders including site & functional leadership, GBS stakeholders, various project team representatives and site teams.

 

Required Skills / Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in progressively increasing breadth and depth in operations excellence / analytics / market research / business intelligence; at least 4+ years of these oriented towards sales and marketing. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales marketing value chain is a plus.
  • Master’s in business management from a premier institute
  • Demonstrated experience across all phases and aspects of a comprehensive process redesign, such as data gathering, baselining, root cause analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, future state design, implementation and validation of results
  • Proven experience influencing multiple stakeholders in a global complex organization and in times of change
  • Advanced MS-Office skills, with some data management and visualization tools a plus (Power BI/Tableau etc)
  • Proficiency in Python 3.x, web frameworks & libraries

  • Ability to understand and work within a set of compliance, policies and laws that govern both the company and our industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Works well in a team environment and on own initiative
