The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the PB Emerging Markets Performance Management/COO team in Singapore; as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create and maintain performance management analyses and metrics to support the Relationship Managers and Business Managers
  • Modify financial plan and budget amount based on the changes in business plans
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Run Presentation decks for Management
  • Business Review Meeting preparations (Balance scorecards/KPI), following up on action items, coordinating and consolidating delivery of meeting materials, circulation of decks before meeting
  • Reporting of Weekly pipeline, flash/estimates, monthly forecast of revenue/flows/cost etc
  • Other Ad-hocs/Business Insights tasks as necessary
  • Create and maintain a customer analytic tool to forecast sales trends by products
  • Project can be with specific focus or could have global background

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Banking products and performance management of Banks
  • Experience in creating financial models & predictive tools analytics
  • Experience in business finance support and monitoring data to analyze financial status
  • Need to have knowledge and experience in advanced excel, access database, Python/SQL and macro building
  • Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages
  • Good working knowledge of PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
  • Very Good Excel working knowledge
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
